Monte Package Company uses UPS for ground package shipments. Above is a chart with the estimated delivery times to your area from our facilities in Riverside,
Michigan. The UPS charge on your bill will be included in the Sale Amount and itemized on your invoice
as SHIPPING & HANDLING. We are not responsible for damage during transit. All claims for shortage
must be reported IMMEDIATELY to Monte Package Company. Please have the invoice and/or packing list readily
available for our Customer Service Representatives. Any claims for damaged product can either be directed
towards UPS or Monte Package Company. All products which leave Monte Package Company are checked and
deemed appropriate for shipment. Packages can be tracked by contacting our Customer Service Representatives
at 1-800-653-2807. Delivery times are based on averages and shipments may arrive sooner. During holiday
periods, please add a day or two to your expected delivery date.
Monte Package Company uses FedEx for all Overnight services and 2 Day shipments. The FedEx charge will be applied to the invoice and be included in the
Sales Amount. If the order is not placed on a credit card, customers have the option to receive the packages, COD. Monte Package Company will not use this service
under any other circumstances. Prior arrangements should be made in advance if the FedEx service is required. If your shipment has not arrived when
required, please call Monte Package Company at 1-800-653-2807 and a Customer Service Representative will track the shipment for you.
