What is a Monte Package Company online account?
Customers that shop online with Monte Package Company have the option to set up and account, which stores all of their billing, shipping and contact information. This information is used solely for our purposes and is never given to any mass marketing or other agencies.
Why create an account?
You live a busy life. When you need to order product in a hurry, you really don't want to spend the extra time filling out the same form again and again. The account allows all the saved information to be pulled up in one easy step, eliminating the time you spend placing the order and getting you back to your other responsibilities quickly.
Can I update information in my account?
Yes, you can log in to your account and change any of the information you have saved at any time. If you choose to store your credit card information with us, you can update that as well.
I forgot my account password, what do I do?
No problem. Your password can be emailed to the address that your account was set up with. It is sent immediately and is pain free. If you forgot which email address your account was set up with, first try and guess. The system will tell you if the email address is in our system.
I think I created and account before. How do I confirm whether I have an account or not?
Check with the
forgot password screen to have the account keys emailed to the email address that the account was set up with. If you do not remember the email address that the system was set up with, you can
email our support team and let them know your company name, city and phone. They will get back to you as soon as they become available.
